#100 Bread

Tomorrow I’m going to play with my thrift shop bread maker again and try making a banana loaf in it. Im not sure how it will turn out but that is the adventure of experimenting πŸ™‚ I’m still having fun with my airfryer. Today I had cut up a whole chicken and cooked the pieces in the air fryer with some basic seasonings and it was delicious. I couldn’t believe my luck at the super market on Saturday because I picked up two whole macro organic chooks for $12.00!! Bargain!

I used the carcass along with some aromatics and made a stock so I can make ramen. That won’t be until Friday though as I won’t be home for dinner tomorrow night. The stock is lovely and I added some miso paste for an extra savoury hit. Can’t wait to eat some of the banana bread toasted with butter while still warm. Yum. xo
