#184 The Middle

Midweek musings find me wanting to write about setting some new intentions, well one new intention actually.

Tomorrow will see me undertake my first workout. Now that is something I never thought I’d be writing or thinking. I went to my appointment to see the exercise physiologist and he gave me a workout tailored to me.

I’m going to be doing alternate days, starting with a 30 minute session each time. I’m also supposed to take it easy because I have an appointment with the cardiologist coming up this month too. I’m excited and a little apprehensive πŸ˜‰ I’m going to put on an 80’s pop playlist and workout. Wish me luck! xo
