Midweek musings find me wanting to write about setting some new intentions, well one new intention actually.
Tomorrow will see me undertake my first workout. Now that is something I never thought I’d be writing or thinking. I went to my appointment to see the exercise physiologist and he gave me a workout tailored to me.
I’m going to be doing alternate days, starting with a 30 minute session each time. I’m also supposed to take it easy because I have an appointment with the cardiologist coming up this month too. I’m excited and a little apprehensive 😉 I’m going to put on an 80’s pop playlist and workout. Wish me luck! xo
