I often wonder how other people handle frustration in life. I’m usually wondering about this when I’m experiencing a high level of frustration myself and yes, I’m the kind of person who will google the question pertaining to whatever it is that I’m frustrated about 😉 Chances are that someone has written about it and maybe I can glean some insider tips 🙂
As you may have guessed, I’m currently frustrated. It’s not one thing, there are a few. Some are health related and I’m already proactively working through them. Unfortunately my Stress ECG results came back as abnormal and that means I need some more tests. I see my cardiologist on Friday and I’m sure he’ll know what needs to be done. Then it will be a matter of booking whatever the procedure is and we will go from there. I’m not too worried because worrying won’t change anything 😉 I will just go with the flow.
Other than that there are some things that are bothering me and I don’t really know what to do about them. I have a situation where I’ve tried so many things to make life better but nothing seems to be working. I’m aware that I can only change my own behavior and not anybody else’s. The relationship is very important to me so I want to protect and nurture it. I’m just not sure how to improve the situation? Maybe I’ll seek the guidance of people I know who also put relationships first. Most of the guidance is written but that in no way negates it’s integrity. I know for sure someone will have had similar issues and there will be help available. There! I feel better now I have a plan. Feeling better already 🙂
