#260 Focus

Here I am again. Trying to focus on what I want to say. Aiming for clarity, at the end of what has been a busy day. Music always helps. I have my headphones plugged into my ears and my favourite tunes are flowing into my head. Music is one of my most loved parts of life. Such a stress reliever 🙂 I’m also going to start spending some time meditating every day. I’m not completely new to it, I just havent done it regularly for a long time. I have a couple of guided meditation apps on my phone. I’m thinking that early morning will be the best time as everyine else is still asleep and the house is quiet. xo
