#287 Being Resourceful.

On my travels around the internet today looking for good and budget conscious ideas for food, I came across a really great site. It’s called Love Food Hate Waste. They do have a YouTube channel with a few good videos, some are recipes, while others share useful tips.

The best thing by far is the provision of four free cookbooks that you can download, there are also shopping lists to go with these. In each book there are four weeks of recipes based on readily available produce and ingredients. Now, I know the ones I’m sharing here are for New Zealand but I’m pretty sure they can still be of use for helping with meal planning and shopping, no matter where you live. Here is the link to the website where you can find the downloads. I’m defintley going to use these for meal planning ease and inspiration. I love anything that can help when the budget is tight. xo

Here is one of the recipe videos from their YouTube channel 🙂
