#292 Eagles & Pasties.

**Saturday night movie reccomendation**If you haven’t seen the movie Eddie the Eagle, then take my advice and watch it! Such a wonderful and heart warming movie based on a true story. I really love this movie 🙂

I made some pasties minus the swede, which is required for a traditional Cornish pastie. I even went completely rogue in the last two with the addition of some thinly sliced green chilies 😉 I also made a yummy cheesy hot bean dip and tomorrow I’ll use the leftovers to make one of the layers in a seven layer dip. xo

    1. They were pretty tasty and a great way to use up some ancient store-bought puff pastry that had been hanging around in my freezer for way too long. I haven’t made them in so long and I got eight large pasties from about 500grams of mince and a few veggies, which is great 🙂
