I’m referring to a recipe for fish curry π I know I’ll find one eventually. I got distracted in my search and I’ve been revisiting an interest in food history. This interest began in earnest about five years ago when I was looking for recipes from the depression, that lead to recipes from wartime when food was rationed and you get the idea. There really are some amazing resources online. My favorite are on YouTube. No surprises there π There are recipes, old news information segments and even modern programs where regular people go and live a wartime life, in a wartime house for a period of time. I find it all fascinating. I even have reproduced cookbooks from various eras. Food history is alot of fun and extremely interesting. Anyway enough about that! I had a quick visit to the library and borrowed one cookbook focussed on slow cooker recipes and a novel called Still Me by Jojo Moyes which I’m excited to begin reading tonight. Hoping you find everything you’re looking for and more. xo

Good luck finding the recipe! You’ll have to let me know how the book was. π I haven’t had time to read so I’m making a book list for when things slow down.

I love making lists too! I usually end up falling asleep π I’m trying to do some reading and some meditation every day at the moment, it’s going well so far. I am pretty good at getting distracted though. Do you use Goodreads? It’s a great place to discover new books and even make a list of books you want to read. I set myself a reading challenge each year, just for fun π

I do use Goodreads. I set the reading challenge, too and was surprised I actually made it. π
